Added dynamic handling of CDS/UTR/exon subfeatures (to support exon-based selection) in DraggableHTMLFeatures. Handles case with no CDS but 'wholeCDS' subfeature.
Handles case with CDS and UTR and exons.
Handles case with CDS and UTR but no exons.
