Begin adding vertical slider

the html layout is strange, I can't figure out how to line up the
mouse with the line. gridtrack going way off-screen is
confusing.
Will continue after talking to rbuels. Editing
src/JBrowse/View/TrackList/Simple.js:70 so that it's 160px instead
of 10em may help.
