Need to define onmouseover, onmousedown, and onmouseup function
names here for DraggableFeatureTrack's
benefit, because DraggableFeatureTrack doesn't overload the
renderFeature function. I don't think this
should affect FeatureTrack's operation, but need to check that
somehow if we're considering folding
these changes back into jbrowse/jbrowse.
