page reload on empty display area causes default track to display

If you remove every one of the tracks (including the Sequence Tracks) then reload the page, the display loads the default tracks rather than loading a blank display area. This happens because the empty track cookie is the same as it not being defined so it loads the default tracks.

I believe this is fixed by replacing line 277 of js/Browser.js in the current JBrowse release, which is
} else if (oldTrackList) {with
} else if (oldTrackList || oldTrackList == "") {
