displayed range can be a bit off at the lowest zoom level for certain scaffold sizes

with a scaffold of size 65607 or 58817, zooming out all the way makes the displayed location numeric range off by (less than a pixel?) in either direction (e.g., 12 .. 65615 or -12 .. 58805)
