wig-to-json.pl generates blank tiles

Hi,
I executed wig-to-json with the attached file (an similar files) and I got blank images in the folder of 'tiles'. This problem didn't appear in 1.1 version.
I noticed that wig2png hangs with larger wig files.

Not all images are blank. In some images appears tiny peaks but it still very different in comparison to
another genome viewers (like IGV, for instance) -

The problem could be the normalization of max/min values step. If the normalization is done for the whole wig file its probable that many values could be almost zero.
