(from [2da44e50f6b2601ed074a4ac993eb19566a2feab]) make FeatureTrack draw arrowheads on top of the end of features. This makes the arrowhead graphic not increase the feature's bounding box.
This is how most other browsers do it. Designed to be used with a
negative-space partially transparent arrowhead PNG. This probably
doesn't work in IE6, oh well.Make the default arrowheads be negative-space transparent PNGs and put
them on top of the end of features to cut off their corners, making
them pointy on that end and indicating direction.Closes #41.
