jbrowse.org demo is down

This is probably an obvious ticket -- my apologies for filing this here, but I can't seem to find any reason for the jbrowse.org website being down.
I'm interested in learning the following from the site:
1) Best practice recipies for building a basic UCSC clone of the mouse genome -- for example is starting from the UCSC mysql data dump the best place to start or is a different approach recommeded?
2) Setting initial Jbrowse state from the URL (e.g. GET parameters and/or RESTFul interface) -- that way I can easily link to it and have it dynamically show the appropriate tracks / location.
